MycoMinds SEO was founded and is led by Olya Ianovskaia.
Olya brings a wealth of practical SEO expertise, honed over nearly 20 years in diverse roles across the digital marketing landscape. Starting her career as a nightlife and travel blogger in the early 2000s, she expanded her skills into the realms of marketing and public relations within the manufacturing sector.

Her experience broadened through specialized consulting, managing SEO initiatives for national banks and media publishers agency-side, as well as leading SEO and organic growth for product teams at global e-commerce marketplaces like eBay, Adevinta and Shutterstock.

A strategic thinker with an understanding of the product development lifecycle, Olya loves designing unique in-house SEO solutions and tools for enterprise platforms. Her current focus is on leveraging the power of AI to revolutionize SEO for her clients.

Olya is a regular contributor to Search Engine Land, where she shares her industry insights and knowledge with the wider search marketing community. When not doing SEO, Olya enjoys wildlife photography, antiquarian books, and DIY projects. In 2023, Olya founded Grunwald Publishing in order to translate classic works of Belarusian literature into English and make them accessible to English-speaking audiences worldwide.
